Connect your AI assistant

Opgepikt in your AI assistant

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat to Opgepikt and simply ask what happened today. The assistant reads along with your own business. It cannot change anything.

Last updated: October 2026. Opgepikt is a digital receptionist for small businesses in Belgium: it answers the phone, takes messages and books appointments. This page describes the optional connector for business owners.

What the connector does

A connector links an AI assistant of your choice to Opgepikt. You sign in with the same login as in the Opgepikt reception screen. After that the assistant can read, and only read, the data of your own business.

What it can read

  • today's and this week's calls: the time, the last three digits of the number, what it was about and how long it lasted
  • open callback requests
  • open messages
  • appointments from today up to two weeks ahead
  • the figures of the monthly report

What you can ask

  • “How many people called today and what was it about?”
  • “Is there an open callback request?”
  • “What is in the calendar for the next two weeks?”

Read-only means the assistant cannot book or cancel an appointment, call or message anyone, or change anything in your settings.

How to connect

You need a login for the Opgepikt reception screen (the same username and password). The address of the connector is:

https://mcp.opgepikt.com/mcp

  1. Claude: open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector. Paste the address and sign in with your login.
  2. ChatGPT: turn on developer mode (Settings, Apps), create a new app and paste the address. Sign in with your login.
  3. Le Chat: coming soon.

Some plans of Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat may require a paid subscription. That is decided by the provider of the assistant, not by Opgepikt.

In the reception screen, under Ik (Me), a button “Koppel je AI-assistent” (Connect your AI assistant) shows the same instructions and the list of your connected assistants, where you can also revoke a connection instantly.

What the connector never passes on

Never

  • the text or the recording of a call
  • the name of a caller
  • a full phone number (you only see the last three digits)
  • the reason or the text of a message
  • keys, passwords or tokens
  • data of another business

How we guard this

The connector only ever looks in your own business and checks every result a second time. Only fixed data is included: time, duration, type (from a fixed list), status and the last three digits of a number. Nothing written by callers or staff is included: no summary, no appointment title, no name and no message. Every answer also passes the same filter as all other answers.

Privacy

  • The assistant you choose is your choice. What you request through the connector becomes part of your conversation with that assistant (for example from Anthropic, OpenAI or Mistral). They process it under their own terms; check there how long conversations are kept.
  • What Opgepikt keeps. For each connector request: who, which assistant, which tool, when, whether it worked and the IP address of the assistant. Never the content of the answer. This log follows the same retention period as the rest of the data: 365 days.
  • Revoking. A connection ends immediately when you revoke it in the reception screen (tab Ik, connected AI assistants). A blocked login also stops working for the connector.
  • More. The full privacy policy and the data processing agreement (both in Dutch) remain in force; the short text about AI assistants is in the privacy policy.
