Chief of Staff for your whole business
For businesses that want our complete system for their own operation: one chief of staff who takes instructions in plain language, calculates the cost up front, waits for your fingerprint and then carries them out, on a separate, secured server.
Own server, two users, approval with fingerprint, cost estimate, morning and evening message, up to three standard connections (Google or Microsoft, an accounting package, a web shop or payment service). Usage up to 100 euro per month included, above that at cost price.

What if my minutes run out?
Then we charge 0.25 euro per extra minute, or you move up to a bigger plan. We warn you in advance.
Do I have to use a new number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to your receptionist whenever you like: always, or only when you do not answer.
Does it work with my calendar?
If your booking platform allows a connection, Jan works alongside it and books into it. If not, there is Opgepikt Booking, our own calendar.
Is VAT added?
All prices exclude VAT. With a VAT number you simply deduct it.
